Returns + Exhanges

At Folk's Natural Living, we strive to make high quality effective skincare and aromatherapy products. However, do to our products being handmade and the uniqueness of everyone's skin, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for the reason of general dissatisfaction. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about our products, contact us here.

In case of defective or damaged items, simply send a detailed note with a picture to folksnaturalliving@gmail.com not later than 7 days after delivery and we'll gladly replace or refund your defective or damaged item immediately.
